Born and raised in Regina, SK, Kyle spent his formative years in the family friendly neighborhood of Walsh Acres, eventually moving back to the same neighborhood after meeting and buying a home with his wife.
After highschool graduation, Kyle achieved professional milestones by obtaining a Red Seal Plumbing Ticket and a Commercial Gas Licence. These credentials allowed him to purchase his first home in Churchill Downs, a northern Regina neighborhood. Kyle rented the upstairs while living in the basement, offsetting his mortgage payment.
Before venturing into real estate, Kyle’s career was marked by success as he managed a plumbing and heating company, acquiring a wealth of skills in the process. With over 10 years of construction experience and in-depth knowledge of the home building industry, he made a seamless transition into selling real estate.
