There were 356 homes sold in August. This is 8% fewer than last year. But it’s still higher than usual — 14% above the 10-year average.
New Listings and Homes for Sale
In August, 465 new homes came on the market. That’s 7% fewer than last year. At the end of the month, there were 824 homes for sale, which is 5% less than last year. Since more than 200 homes were already under offer, only 599 homes were really left to buy.

The average benchmark price for homes in Regina was $341,300 in August. This is a little lower than July’s record price of $343,300, but it’s still 6.8% higher than August 2024.
Supply of Homes
