Sam Lichtman is a Financial Consultant who specializes in ensuring his client’s financial needs are met and on track. Sam is knowledgeable in all aspects of financial investing, including RRSP's, TFSA's etc. Sam will detail the mortgage qualification process and explain how investing your downpayment into RRSP's can save you thousands in taxes!
Kelsey Smith is a Realtor in Regina who has plenty of experience with First Time Buyers. Kelsey will take you through the process from the very first showing, to negotiations and then into our home inspection and closing. She will cover affordability, writing an offer, lawyers, and closing costs. Attendees will learn what defects to watch for while looking at homes for sale in Regina and how to know your paying fair market value.
Matt Sirois is a lawyer in Regina who practices primarily in Real Estate Law. He works with both international and domestic buyers. He also acts for individuals who are investing in the largest purchase of their lifetime - their family home. Matt will provide information on the ins and outs of the real estate transaction including what’s included in legal fees, tax adjustments and everything else that comes up at the lawyer's office.
