15 Pro Tips for Hiring a Regina Real Estate Agent

Make sure they sell homes in your area. And that they actually sell a good amount of homes.

Pro Tip 5: 

Make sure they have a custom and functioning website. Website templates don’t work.

Pro Tip 6: 

Pay attention to how quickly they respond and how on the ball they are. Noone wants a distracted and “too busy” agent. 
→ the last thing you want when making the biggest decision of your life is to feel like you're annoying your real estate agent.

Don’t hire a friend. It’s hard to fire a friend if they are doing a bad job.

Hire an agent you can relate to. If you're a young family with kids, hire a Regina real estate agent with kids. THEY GET YOU.

Know that the highest price recommended is not always the best price. 
→ Consider that maybe an agent is inflating your list price because they are desperate for business. Look at the stats.

The brokerage your realtor works for doesn't really matter, unless it’s really important to you. 
→ We work for a great brokerage at RE/MAX but we work with other agents who also work for fantastic brokerages.

Realtors who are organized are great realtors. Your buying or selling a giant asset, organization, systems & process’ are excellent tools.

Pro Tip 15: 

A degree or University education does not make your agent more or less superior to others. You can have a phD but be a terrible realtor. 
→ Real estate is less about selling and more about assessing needs. We get that.
